She handles all aspects of family law representation, such as dissolution, legal separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child custody, visitation, support, property division and post-dissolution concerns.
Meg also has extensive experience in adoptions of all types, including agency, international, interstate, relative, co-parent, second-parent, step-parent, and foster parent adoption. Meg handles legal representation of Surrogacy and Assisted Reproductive Technology contracts.
Meg Nemeth Ledebuhr began her career at Katz & Stefani LLC in April of 2011. Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Ledebuhr was an associate at Schiller DuCanto & Fleck from 2007 to 2011. In 2007, Meg graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law, where she volunteered at the Legal Assistance Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago, representing the working poor with family law matters.
Meg was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a 2010 and 2012 "Rising Star."
