Jacqueline J. Torshen represents parties in the litigation and resolution of matrimonial and family related matters. She counsels clients on a wide range of divorce-related issues, such as financial planning, dissolution, legal separation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, child custody, visitation, support, property division and post-dissolution concerns. Ms. Torshen handles all aspects of family law representation, including trial preparation, litigation, negotiation and settlement of complex financial disputes as well as contested custody issues. She has published and lectured regarding family law issues such as expert witness testimony and grandparent visitation.
Ms. Torshen was named as a Rising Star in Illinois in the 2008 and 2009 Illinois Super Lawyers Magazine published by Law and Politics in conjunction with Chicago Magazine.
